With companies in the UK energy arena demanding sector-specific knowledge and access to a broader suite of consultancy services, Taylor Keogh has established a partnership with Enstra Consulting. Enstra Consulting is a management consultancy firm that, like Taylor Keogh, specialises in the UK energy market. Enstra is able to support Taylor Keogh’s clients in the energy/utilities arena whose needs are more focused on business strategy and business development.
Enstra Consulting is led by Peter Franklin. Peter is an expert in the issues surrounding the transformation of the energy sector into a smart, sustainable energy and services environment. Prior to consultancy, he was a founder/director of Calortex, a management team member at AGAS, and President of the SBGI (Society of British Gas Industries now the EUA) during the liberalisation of the UK energy markets. Peter has focused on the deployment of “soft-modelling” to enable teams to come to a shared vision of the best way forward. This could be in respect of choosing a particular plan of action in a complex decision arena, or putting in place an agreed suite of compelling propositions in a business development context. Peter is both an energy expert, as well as an advocate, experienced practitioner, and trainer in the use of a variety of strategic thinking approaches.
Paul Taylor, Taylor Keogh’s Managing Director said:
“The link-up with Enstra Consulting enables Taylor Keogh to offer business consultancy services to its clients beyond its core services of PR and public affairs. It also gives our clients access to a senior team of industry professionals. With our links to other specialist service providers, such as film production and event management, we are meeting the varied and increasing needs of our clients, and importantly their budgets.”
Enstra’s Peter Franklin said:
”If businesses are looking to work with seasoned professionals who know the energy and utility industry well then both Taylor Keogh and Enstra fit the bill. Through this collaboration we can both offer our clients a much broader spectrum of capabilities without the overheads of a large multi-disciplinary firm.”
